Today the Episcopal Community Foundation for Middle and North Georgia (ECF) announces its final 2017 Small Acts of Charity grant to Fellowship of Christians United for Service (FOCUS) for its partnership with St. Nicholas Episcopal Church (Hamilton). FOCUS will receive a grant of $4,325 to expand their food delivery service for shut-ins in Hamilton, GA.
“This year was the first year for our new grantmaking programs,” said Lindsey Hardegree, Executive Director for the Episcopal Community Foundation for Middle and North Georgia. “With this fourth quarter grant to FOCUS, we are pleased to announce that we have provided funding to Episcopal parishes and their nonprofit partners in all ten convocations within the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta. We are dedicated to not only providing impactful grants that serve people experiencing poverty and oppression in Metro Atlanta, but to our neighbors in need throughout all of Middle and North Georgia.”
